I have just received information that I am to report 15 to 30 minutes before my shift starts at a school district I sub at and I am to stay 15 minutes after my scheduled time. They are not going to pay me for this time. Totally ridiculous. It is no wonder that Americans fake sick and waste corporations time and money in an amazing cornucopia of ways when this is the norm. I haven't been this excited since I stormed the Bastille. I've seen more than my fair share of 5am's charms. When I was in my early twenties, five in the morning wouldn't have even caused me to rethink my drug and alcohol choices for the day. I must admit that I don't like the sober, chilly, asleep version of 5am. It is much less spinny for one and there is much less of a chance that I'm going to get laid. Especially at work. No boys for me there although my brother's ex works there. Thank god he's a 3w4 so I don't have to worry about him being weird. He is actually a nice guy. He's worked for <strike>Omnicorp</strike> I mean Starbucks before so he's been really helpful with hints and tricks &c.

I'm about to post my Saki readings on Librivox so check em out. I have decided to end my fast. I had hoped to complete a lunar month fast but I found it too hard to continue in a house full of people eating and a fridge full of food. Maybe when I am back out on my own. I will do another 10 day master-cleanse to end on the Autumnal Equinox as this cleanse ended on the Vernal. I was glad that this time I was able to complete one full cycle because the first time I tried I only made it 5 days.

I also think that the websites and in particular the bulletin boards that support the master-cleanse are a little too dogmatic. I think and I understand most people think that change is the only way to test and improve something. I think that the master-cleanser can be improved on and that people should try to think about how to make the cleanse better.

One way, I think, to improve the cleanse is to cut out the senna tea. While naysayers will say that is is an all natural herb I feel that laxatives of any kind are unnatural and should not be included in the cleanse. But there is a need to kickstart elimination(poops) in order to facilitate the removal of plaque and toxins. I found that psyillium husks works well and I had all of the normal detox symptoms and the same type of poop as indicated on other websites.

Orange Juice tomorrow!!!

Days 8 & 9

I have had pretty normal days. So I put lavender oil on my pillow and massaged my stomach in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction {whichever was correct} this morning had a good poop and had no headaches today at all. I have been feeling some minor discomfort though. I had some pain in my gut {not hunger} some back pain {my friend Sum Wak Gop will have much to say I'm sur . . . he thinks I have the posture of Quasi Moto} I also had some minor skin eruptions {whiteheads around my lips[not herpes!]} but on the whole feeling good.

Today's Poop

Sorry today's isn't that different from the rest. I want to blame my pal Sum Wak Gop for this since he always tempts me into lush life. But he isn't really to blame. I am a 7w6 which means I am ripe for temptation to gluttony. I just got a book on the enneagram and kabbalah and am, as usual, completely agog at the way the enneagram ,yet again, is so applicable to living life.

{interior monologue a la Jim Gaffigan} Well this guy sounds like a real nutcase; fasting, numbers, and Madonna. I am not starving just not eating solid food}

See What I'll be 'eating'

Today is Sunday. It is day 2 of my Master-Cleanse. Last Wednesday I began eating vegan/alkalarian { www.phmiracleliving.com for more info} and instantly started detoxing. I had headaches and sinus pressure and was a real C U Next Tuesday. I really think I started my Cleanse/Fast correctly. I started drinking the lemonade on Saturday. I had no BM on Saturday. . . This is going to be about poops, get used to it now. Saturday was good, I worked some overtime and after that I went shopping for supplies and stuff. Had six servings of the lemonadethroughout the day and around dinner had a cup of peppermint tea and then a cup of the Senna Tea before I went to bed.
The next part is not for the squeamish.
This morning the senna tea worked. I had weird semi-explosive poops. Slight stomach cramping and incidentally later as I was filling out my checkbook thought I had some leftover gas but no. . . My Bathrobe is in the washer as I write.

Location of Infamous Event

{interior monologue a la Jim Gaffigan} Oh no he isn't going to post that is he? He better not.

So after that I figured might as well have a couple unpleasant experiences since I'm here. I did the morning Salt water flush. I put a quart of water and two teaspoons of salt on the stove to warm. Once it was about body temperature. I {dum dum DUMMMM} drank it! yuck. But not as bad as I have read on other cleanse posts. It worked in about half an hour { I watched Landscaper's Challenge on HGTV & Kenneth Brown of ReDesign was one of two rejected designers :-) } It was just like an enema when it came out except it was electric chartreuse. It must have been stomach acid and other bilious biles I suspect. I am a bit worried about work. can I finish all my bathroom stuff before I have to go? Oh well. Made all my juice for today. Three lemons to make 3/4 cup juice plus 3/4 cup Maple Syrup and 1/8 t of Cayenne in a large measuring cup and then I divide it between three 20oz. water bottles and add two cups water per bottle. Each bottle is then two servings of the juice. It is a lot of lemons and syrup. This is going to cost {Maple Syrup-wise}. hopefully I will post pics once I get some interesting BMs. LOL

P.S. I'll post some before and after pics of me healthy and me now as well as BM shots soon. :-)

First time

Listening to '10,000 Maniacs'

Reading 'The Magician's Assistant' by Ann Patchet

Watching '1900s House' http://www.pbs.org/wnet/1900house/house/

I'm really diggin on actual reality television where the audience and the cast understand the format of the program and there is nothing to win.
